Job Description
Do you want to put your SAP experience and expertise in to play in a global organisation and take on a key role with an industry-leader?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Inhouse Consultant to join our global IT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our central SAP template and supporting its roll-out to other group companies worldwide. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing new SAP solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of our sales processes starting in SAP C/4HANA and executed in SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer service management tools and mobile applications.
- Analyze and improve existing customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to define strategies based on the latest SAP technologies in the Area of the sales processes
- Coordinate with external partners to maintain and enhance specialized customer service solutions.
- Drive clarification with the business team and help drive the change process within the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and CX solutions, particularly in SD, PS and customer service modules.
- Proven track record in ERP system management and optimization.
- Strong background in process improvement and project management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
The role is expected to be based out of our headquarter in Beckum with travel activity to other locations globally to be expected.
