Your mission:

• Representation of the fleet management
• Management of the vehicle fleet, as well as responsibility for its maintenance and repair (this includes, among other things, warranty processing, monitoring of statutory inspection dates, and coordination of claims processing)
• Control of the relevant key figures, conducting deviation analyses and identifying optimization potential
• Continuous and content-related development of operational processes
• Motivation and leadership of all fleet employees
• Monitoring and compliance with all operational and legal regulations
• Control and monitoring of company petrol stations (national) and management of fuel cards
• Purchasing of fuel for all locations

You bring that with you:

• Completed vocational training as a forwarding agent with relevant professional experience in fleet management; ideally further training as a transport manager
• Sound knowledge of fleet management and vehicle technology
• Experience in leading and motivating employees
• Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations (in particular the Road Traffic Act, the Goods Transport Act…) and their implementation in practice
• A sense of responsibility, willingness to perform, loyalty, reliability, flexibility and the ability to work in a team are a given for you
• Sound PC and IT skills
• CE driving license including a driver card
• Confident German in speech and writing
• Willingness to undertake possible business trips
