• Planning and implementation of occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
• Acceptance and documentation of construction pre-work
• Management and documentation of commissioning work
• Organization of construction site logistics
• Acting as an interface between customers, management, technicians, and personnel
• Optimization of deployment planning
• Ensuring a smooth commissioning process
• Leadership of executing companies and construction site personnel
• Obtaining work permits
• Organization of construction site infrastructure
• Creation of reports and documentation
• Leading and recording meetings
• Documentation of additional services to avoid complaints

• At least a completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, or engineer (m/f/d) with practical experience
• International professional experience in commissioning in plant construction
• Strong assertiveness with pronounced leadership skills
• Confident and self-assured demeanor
• A very high level of organizational skills
• Highly independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style
• Unrestricted willingness to travel internationally
• Good to very good English skills in spoken and written form, and excellent proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of VOB
• Knowledge in mechanical-biological wastewater treatment is an advantage
