For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, we are looking for a Project Manager Marketing and Digital Services (m/f/d) for the location in Einbeck at the earliest possible date.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible to drive and steer our digital tool portfolio for the Business Unit Cereals by developing and implementing digital farming solutions delivering added value for agriculture.
This exciting position is permanent and full-time.

These will be your key tasks and areas of responsibility:

• You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops, Sorghum) in alignment with the overall strategy
• You drive and steer the digital tool development process: idea, assessment, implementation, across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming and IT experts)
• You identify new tool opportunities delivering added value for the farmer
• You optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio
• You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns
• You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns

Your Profile:

• University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration, ideally with focus on marketing or agribusiness, or comparable fields of study
• First experience in the agricultural industry, ideally in digital farming
• Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries
• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
• Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive
• Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
• Analytical skills and ability to design and implement new solutions
