We are looking for a flexible, assertive, and communicative personality for active collaboration with our regional and local process experts in the international PALFINGER sales units. The ideal candidate will be able to set standards and embrace challenges in carrying out business process analyses, requirements specifications, training, and integration tests.To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Process Specialist – Sales.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, coordinating, and supporting process optimization projects in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Conducting requirement specifications for process optimizations
- Coordination and support of process integrations and system implementations
- Designing and maintaining the business process template with its process documentation and training materials, as well as conducting on-site process training with our sales entities
- Actively contributing to the further development of the global process and data organization sales
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical or commercial education as well as relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Very good understanding of sales processes as well as a high level of customer orientation
- Experience in creation of enterprise architecture, knowledge of process documentation or the technical mapping of processes to software solutions (i.e. SAP S/4HANA, R3, ECC) is an advantage
- Business Process and project management experience according to global Business process management and project management standards (BPMN2.0, PMI)
- Fluent English both written and spoken

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,241.02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
