The Junior E-Commerce Specialist (f/m/d) supports the E-Commerce team with the rollout of new shops, the conception and development of new features, and the implementation of features in existing shops. The role includes responsibility for smaller projects, operational tasks, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of the E-Commerce platform. Close collaboration with all involved departments and stakeholders is a key part of this role. Sounds interesting? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support global rollouts by assisting with shop launches, testing, and quality assurance in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Manage and verify product data and localized content to ensure smooth, error-free go-lives
- Execute small-scale projects independently, such as new feature introductions or data migrations while improving related processes and tools
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports, monitor project KPIs, and ensure alignment with the E-Commerce team
- Provide operational support by optimizing platform performance, conducting market and competitor analyses, and handling support inquiries
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable) with a digital focus and Basic understanding of E-Commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and/or ERP systems
- Initial practical experience in E-Commerce, e.g. through internships or entry-level positions is a plus
- Affinity for digital technologies and a fundamental understanding of technical processes also for Microsoft 365
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, particularly in multicultural environment as well as Structured and diligent work style

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
