As an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) , you will work alongside your international colleagues from a wide range of company departments. You will be supported by outsourcing partners with whom you will share full responsibility for resource and project planning. Your main task will be to ensure the technically sound and cost-effective implementation of the jointly defined project goals. You will also be responsible for any other IT projects, such as software rollouts and IT security.
Your responsibilities
- Management and control of IT and cross-organizational projects in national and international environments
- Analysis of requirements and development of technical solution concepts in collaboration with specialist departments and outsourcing partners
- Development of concrete project plans and ensuring the timely and cost-effective implementation of project objectives
- Resource coordination and monitoring of project progress, including management of all project-related activities
- Regular reporting and coordination with project sponsors and other relevant stakeholders
Your qualifications
- Completed technical education (HTL, university, university of applied sciences) with a focus on IT
- Knowledge of servers, networks, firewalls, directory services, and virtualization
- Initial experience in IT project management or interest in further development in this area
- Strong communication skills, initiative, ability to work in a team, and business acumen
- Excellent German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly above the "Kollektivvertrag” (= collective labor agreement) for this position (Kollektivvertrag minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52.197,04 per year).
