As Project & Process Manager Global After Sales (f/m/d) , you are responsible for planning, driving, and implementing global After Sales projects. Based at our headquarters in Bergheim in a full-time position (38.5 h) , you play a key part in driving cross-functional initiatives across our international After Sales network and ensuring After Sales requirements are embedded early in product development. Starting as soon as possible , you will ensure efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in global project execution, shaping the future success of the PALFINGER Global After Sales organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with international and virtual teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with PMO standards and internal project management guidelines
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting all project activities, including deadlines, deliverables, and budgets
- Acting as Swimlane Owner within product lines under the PALFINGER Development Plan (PDP), coordinating Global After Sales teams and driving adherence to delivery timelines and quality targets
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management knowledge, methods, capabilities, and fostering a strong project culture across the Global After Sales organization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical or commercial education (HTL, FH, TU or equivalent) with strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and recognized project management standards
- Expertise in leading international and virtual teams and proven track record in managing complex international projects, preferably in After Sales
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with high organizational and coordination ability
- Resilient personality with flexibility and strong intercultural competence and enjoyment of working in a creative and globally networked team
- Ability to implement, maintain, and enhance processes and standards

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
