As Head of Global Project & Product Management in PALFINGER's After Sales Area you coordinate the Service Track across all product developments by providing a robust project management for service related initiatives on a global level.
Additionally you guide proper product development of own servicde products (physical and digital type) and ensure ist successful rolout and lifecycle management over the entire Sales & Service network.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service deliverables of Palfinger's product developments across all product lines, ensuring alignment with with product development and customer project processes.
- Establish and drive a strong PMO structure to enhance transparency, efficiency, and project success in service-related initiatives.
- Support Product Managers in improving products, integrating customer feedback, and developing new service features.
- Oversee global rollout of service products and tools, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with regional teams.
- Build a global Market Manager Network (Sales Ambassadors) within PALFINGERs Sales&Service Organization to strenghten After Sales Products and support their rollout proces.
Your qualifications
- Several (8+) years of global experience in after-sales, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional environments
- Technical High School, Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Buisness Administration, or a related field
- Customer-centric mindset with strong business process understanding
- Exceptional project management, communciation and leadership skills across dvierse teams; fluent German (preferrably Mother Tongue) and English (C1)
- Analytical and results-driven organization-talent with a high level of commitment for passion and performace.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
