Job description
- You will operate the production systems independently in the hydroxide (BF) area and adhere to the specifications and agreements with your direct superiors
- You will regularly monitor, control and check the systems. You will also take care of general maintenance and cleaning work
- If a malfunction occurs, you will resolve it in consultation with your direct supervisor
- You will take all relevant samples, label them properly and forward them. In some cases, you also analyse the samples independently
- You reliably maintain order and cleanliness in the plant areas at all times
- Your tasks also include other activities as specified in the general instructions
- You consistently comply with the applicable occupational safety regulations and observe all safety regulations regarding noise, dust, exhaust fumes, waste water and waste
Requirements
- You have completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have initial professional experience and knowledge of working with systems in the chemical industry
- Ideally, you know how machines and units work and the interrelationships in the production process
- You must be skilled in handling tools and have a technical understanding
- You have a good command of spoken German as well as valid interrelationships in the production process
- A prerequisite is your skill in handling tools and your technical understanding
