Our Client
is an international pharmaceutical and chemical group headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia. Based on decades of research activities, our client develops leading pharmaceutical and chemical products that are produced and distributed on a global scale. For the location in Bergkamen we are looking for you as a Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) Pharmaceuticals at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
- You act as a contact person with regard to national and international shipping modalities and take over the systemic administration in SAP
- You will be responsible for the independent management of shipping processes, including close cooperation with internal and external partners
- To this end, you will work closely with production departments at national and international locations
- Finally, you will support the provision of order-related documents and contribute to process improvements
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in freight forwarding or transport processing
- You are business fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High reliability, commitment and enjoy working in a team round off your profile
