• As Head of Department (m/f/d) Clinical Workplace Systems, you will assume responsibility for central IT services in Germany's largest private hospital group - and lead digitization at the interface of medicine, technology and innovation.
• You will head up the department with several teams and be responsible for the central product management of our clinical workstation systems
• You will design and develop the associated IT services for our clinics in a needs-based and sustainable manner
• You will manage the definition, further development and standardization of our product and process standards in line with the Group's technical capabilities and digital strategies
• You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of all projects in the area of clinical workplace systems within our clinics
• You create a close link between IT, medicine and administration and shape the digital future together

• A degree in (medical) informatics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional and management experience in product or project management of clinical information systems
• A strong understanding of clinical processes and a keen sense of the requirements of IT in the healthcare sector
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, independent way of working
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate and lead your team in a goal-oriented manner
• Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for actively driving digital transformation in the healthcare sector
