Your mission
As Account Executive (AE) SaaS (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the sales process in the SME segment in the German market - from the initial contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.The aim of this position is to build and maintain sustainable business relationships in the SME segment , achieve strategic sales targets and actively shape the success of our solutions on the market .
• Sales expertise: You will manage the entire sales cycle from acquisition, including needs assessme nt , to the preparation of customised offers and the deal-closing phase. Working with KPIs is motivating you.
• Decision-making & accountability: In close dialogue with our VP SME Sales , you develop and implement decision-making strategies that give your team clear direction and promote a culture of personal responsibility .
• Customer Focus: You design effective measures to optimise the customer experience in the SME segment and actively contribute to converting prospects into satisfied customers .
• Adaptability & Flexibility: You respond to new or unexpected situations in a solution-oriented manner and support your team in adapting to changes confidently and self-assuredly.
Your skillset
• Academic path: You have a degree in business administration, business psychology or a comparable subject - ideally with a focus on sales or marketing - or have a degree in business administration , business psychology or a comparable subject.• Relevant professional experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales - preferably in the software environment with a focus on the SME sector and have an outstanding track record.
• Entrepreneurial & strategic thinking: You develop concepts that enable you and your team to think entrepreneurially and act strategically - setting a good example and inspiring others .
• Technical expertise & innovative strength: ‘If it's not tracked, it's not fact’ is part of your everyday life: you organise your sales process in a structured way using your preferred CRM and document your activities conscientiously (we work with Salesforce).
• Language skills: You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken G erman and English (at C1 level) and (have a healthy dose of humor) .
