HealthCaters provides a 360° preventive health check for employees in the workplace, making their workforce happy and healthy, and helping businesses identify and manage employee health risks and build an efficient corporate health strategy.

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a hands-on Account Executve (B2B) with a strong outbound focus who enjoys proactive outreach, building pipeline from scratch, and working closely with founders in an early-stage environment.

Aufgaben

This is a highly operational sales role with real ownership. You will actively drive new business and help shape how we sell.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively driving B2B sales through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Execute on a number of AI tools to make the outreach more efficient
  • Executing and supporting targeted outbound sales campaigns from first contact to qualification
  • Consistently following up with prospects and stakeholders to move deals forward
  • Identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new business opportunities in a structured way
  • Continuously testing and improving outreach strategies, messaging, and channels
  • Maintaining high data quality in our CRM and internal knowledge systems
  • Working closely with founders and the sales team on pipeline development and deal prioritization
  • Conducting customer and prospect interviews as needed to gather market and product insights
  • Proactively scouting and proposing new opportunities for growth, partnerships, or market expansion

Qualifikation

You are a strong fit if you bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound sales (essential)
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • A high level of ownership and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
  • A willingness to experiment, work fast, and perform under uncertainty
  • A structured and reliable way of working, especially with CRM and follow-ups
  • Curiosity, learning mindset, and ambition to continuously improve your sales craft
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
