Dewi Back is an established company in the food production sector (frozen and bakery products) based in Berlin. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accountant who will support our finance department with professionalism and dedication.

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting
• Registering of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Account reconciliation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
• Maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support in budget planning, cost control, and liquidity management
• Close collaboration with tax advisors and auditors
• Contribution to the optimization of internal processes, interfaces, and systems

• Completed commercial training with further qualification in accounting (e.g., Certified Balance Sheet Accountant IHK)
• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a production environment
• Some knowledge of HGB, VAT Act, and relevant tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with accounting software, preferably Navision
• Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers with a structured, independent way of working
• Discretion, accuracy, and reliability
  Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Minimum German language level B1 (required)
