Job description
- You will be responsible for the full management of the company's general ledgers and ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations
- In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing posting of all business transactions in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting in compliance with commercial law
- You will be responsible for the entire processing of travel expense reports, credit card charges and cash balances and ensure the correct posting of all income and expenses of the division
- You also ensure the monitoring, determination and timely posting of provisions and accruals and deferrals in order to achieve correct accrual accounting in monthly reporting
- You independently prepare the annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and actively participate in audits by auditors:
- In addition, you are responsible for the submission of monthly advance VAT returns, other statistical reports and the reliable execution of invoice verification and preparation
- Last but not least, you act as a contact person for all internal and external concerns and are involved in projects and special topics
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a tax clerk (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d), controller (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have already been able to gain several years of professional experience, several years of professional experience in the accounting department of a medium-sized or large company
