As our Accounting Manager you will take full ownership of key accounting processes -driving continuous improvements to ensure scalability, compliance and high quality across accounting workflows. You will collaborate closely with Controlling, Operations, Tax and our Data Team to identify opportunities for automation and process design and provide insightful observations that optimize our finance processes. Your expertise in accounting regulations will enable you to anticipate challenges, streamline closing activities and deliver high-impact projects that drive lasting improvements across our finance operations.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Streamlining closing processes to ensure timely, error-free reporting
• Owning and continually improving key accounting processes to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Use your analytical skills to optimize and standardize our accounting workflows, including further digitization of tasks
• Contribute to the development and documentation of internal guidelines and policies
• Collaborating with our Tax-Team to optimize VAT compliance and address other tax-related matters

• Partnering with Controlling, Operations and our Data Team on performance reporting and process-optimization inquiries
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise to elevate overall team performance

Your profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles with increasing levels of responsibility
• Proven ability to prepare and review balance-sheet and P&L analyses
• Advanced expertise in coordinating and executing all aspects of financial closing procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset, process-orientation and Experience with process documentations and internal control frameworks
• High sense of ownership for quality, deadlines and compliance in complex projects.
• Hands-on mindset paired with strategic thinking to design scalable solutions.
