• Communication with users, specialist departments, IT and external companies
• Maintenance and configuration of online booking platforms and their connected systems
• Diverse research and error analysis for technical errors
• Collaboration on integration projects such as patient call-up, check-in systems, archive systems
• Maintenance of server and infrastructure components
• Use and adaptation of existing scripts and tools for recurring tasks

• High IT affinity and a desire to familiarize yourself with new technical and administrative topics
• Training in the technical field is an advantage
• Strong communication skills for coordination with various internal and external teams and employees
• Enjoy working in a motivated and small team
• Basic technical understanding of clients and servers in a Windows environment is an advantage
• Willingness to learn new technical topics
• Experience with ticket systems or structured error processing is an advantage
