Description

We are looking for a senior entertainment marketing professional to join the Apple Services marketing team in Germany, with a focus on Apple TV+ and Apple Music. The ideal candidate will be a growth-oriented marketer with a passion for content and partner marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Define marketing priorities for Apple TV+ and Apple Music in Germany, balancing global strategy with local market nuances for both brand and key content
  • Identify, secure and lead a portfolio of local marketing partnerships by building new relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring effective day-to-day partnership execution
  • Develop local growth marketing strategy to drive awareness, customer acquisition and retention
  • Leverage data and local insights to craft and execute growth-driven marketing programs
  • Plan and execute consumer and partner activations and events tied to key titles and local moments
  • Serve as custodian of the Apple brand, ensuring consistent communications which are relevant for local audiences
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple international collaborators to elevate Apple TV+ and Apple Music priorities, be a spokesperson for local priorities
  • Work closely with our editorial, business, marketing and PR teams to build locally relevant campaigns around new releases, key genres and local moments
  • Remain hands-on with projects from beginning to end

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the media and entertainment landscape in Germany
  • A background in building and managing successful partner marketing programmes, with an established network of market relationships preferred
  • Track record in developing and delivering high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with audiences
  • Demonstrable experience in content, entertainment or brand marketing, preferably in subscriptions
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in measuring, optimising and reporting on ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Highly collaborative, ability to work cross-functionally. Is able to navigate complexity and ambiguity to drive measurable results
  • Proactive self-starter, able to identify new business opportunities and drive projects through to completion
  • Proficiency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive marketing experience in the video industry, preferably in subscriptions
  • Great proven understanding of digital and above-the-line marketing channels, including advertising, acquisition marketing, direct marketing, and social media
  • Analytical expertise to optimize performance and communicate results effectively to partners and leaders
  • A self-starter who is able to think creatively and identify new opportunities
  • Highly collaborative with extraordinary social and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with international peers collaboratively across timezones
  • Passion for and understanding of Apple’s brand, products, and Apple TV+
  • Proficiency in German and English
