To strengthen our Customer Advisory team in Berlin, we are currently seeking a: Architect / Interior Architect (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

After the purchase of one of our residential properties, an exciting new phase begins – the individual design of our clients’ future homes. To provide the best possible support, our Customer Advisory department manages all aspects of this customisation process. As a customer advisor, you will take on a high level of responsibility in client communication and oversee the individual design and implementation planning of sophisticated residential projects.

• Reviewing detailed design and execution plans
• Guiding clients from purchase through to handover
• Consulting and finalising individual interior specifications after purchase
• Coordinating with specialist planners and architects
• Obtaining quotations from subcontractors for personalised upgrade agreements
• Creating product schedules for interior fit-out
• Quality control and on-site support for implementation of special requests
• Ongoing coordination with project management to ensure a smooth construction process
• Preparing and conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Scheduling, research tasks, email correspondence and file management

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture with excellent results and have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in interior fit-out, ideally in client advisory roles
• You are confident in both design and construction detailing (interior technical drawings)
• You have advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD
• You work independently, proactively, reliably and with great attention to detail
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and communicate with confidence and precision
• You enjoy working with clients and take pleasure in providing thoughtful consultation
• You are organised, responsible, and act with foresight
• You demonstrate discretion, loyalty and diplomatic skill
• You see yourself as a service-minded professional with excellent interpersonal skills
