The specialist is the contact person and implementer for requirements in their specialist area.

Project responsibility | The project manager coordinates the projects and requirements with both the customer and the specialists. He is responsible for the successful implementation. There are four levels: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Strategic, Consultant, Project Manager |
Profit Center Owner | The profit center owner is responsible for the successful implementation of projects in their area. He coordinates external and internal communication. |
Each specialty is equally important next to the other. Only the task taken on defines the hierarchy. This "flat" approach ensures that every employee is always given the same opportunities as a current superior, or that a superior also has to prove himself again and again. In practice, a consultant, for example, can also build up a profit center.
To achieve this, we need above all well-trained and motivated employees. This means:
We want our employees to undergo further training. If possible 1-2 times a year. Only with up-to-date knowledge can we offer technologically sophisticated solutions.
Internally, there is a relationship based on partnership, in which you get further if you support each other. Depending on responsibility, we have a bonus system that is based on the success of the profit center. Employees negotiate the details with the profit center owners. Every new employee starts as a specialist (depending on their previous training). By working in our company, they are in control of their own career from day one.
We need reinforcements at our locations in Bavaria, Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia and on site at our customers' premises to cope with the tasks below. We are always looking for permanent employees such as support experts, consultants and programmers in Oracle and Java.
