Ready to launch your sales career and make an impact from day one? At DataGuard, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious BDR to fuel our indirect sales motion, working hand in hand with account executives and our strategic partner Deutsche Telekom. You’ll gain full exposure to the sales cycle, connect with SMBs and enterprise prospects across industries, and help them navigate the ever-evolving world of security and compliance. Your mission is to turn interest into action, build momentum through channel partnerships, and help create real business value. With a clear path to an account executive role within 6 to 12 months, you'll even have the chance to carry revenue targets of your own. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • You proactively identify and engage new leads generated through our strategic partnership with Deutsche Telekom, sparking interest in DataGuard’s solutions.

  • You continuously refine your outreach strategy in alignment with Telekom’s go-to-market approach, ensuring your messaging is both customer-centric and partner-relevant.

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Deutsche Telekom, aligning on joint pipeline goals, co-selling initiatives, and lead conversion strategies.

  • You partner closely with Account Executives and Telekom’s partner managers to support opportunity progression and gain end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle.

  • You leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track your activity, identify new opportunities, and measure impact.

  • You gradually take ownership of a defined pipeline influenced by partner activity, working toward lead generation targets and eventual quota responsibility as you grow into an Account Executive role.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

  • Experience in a challenging, fast-paced professional environment.

  • Initial experience in a customer related position and with direct client contact.

  • Native German proficiency, English a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Personal initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to work in a team.

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

  • Professionalism, authenticity, argumentative strength and quick-wittedness are your hallmarks.
