Join our "Data Analytics" team at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as soon as possible as a

full-time based in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics.

• Development and implementation of our group-wide data analytics roadmap with a focus on the use of business intelligence solutions in the controlling environment
• Conception, visualization and standardization of analysis results, reports and dashboards to establish consistent, uniform reporting
• Design, further development and operationalization of BI and self-service solutions (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) for data-based management and participation in overarching automation and digitalization initiatives
• Modeling efficient data flows, developing high-performance queries and interfaces - especially in the SAP BW environment and ensuring the integration of front-end and back-end components
• Independent execution of complex analyses to support data-based management decisions
• Close cooperation with FP&A, Performance Controlling, IT and clinic management as well as active further development of BI data architecture, governance structures and data quality

• Successfully completed studies in economics, data science, business informatics or a comparable qualification - supplemented by 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in controlling
• Strong affinity for numbers and data as well as sound knowledge of controlling processes such as planning, forecasting and reporting
• Very good knowledge of modern business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP SAC), ideally supplemented by experience with SAP BW
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and basic BI architectures for efficient data preparation and use
• Ability to link technical requirements with business objectives and translate them into meaningful solutions
• Strong communication skills, initiative and a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality in operational and conceptual implementation
