Your Role & Key Responsibilitie s
As Business Performance Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and take full end to end responsibility for FactoryPal’s financial performance management, operational coordination, and day to day business support at our Berlin Office.
You act as both a strategic thought partner and an execution driver, ensuring that FactoryPal operates with stability, transparency, and efficiency.
Within t his range of activities, you smoothly collaborate with the entire FactoryPal leadership team as well as key stakeholders from our investor companies in an international and multi-cultural context.
Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across all business units
Act as the strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
Shape FactoryPal’s long-term performance and commercial strategy
Partner with Sales and Product to evolve and execute our commercial and pricing models
Own and drive FactoryPal’s internal and shareholder reporting
Coordinate across internal and external financial services stakeholders
Build and drive budget cycles, management reporting, translating financial and operational data into clear decision recommendations for the CEO and leadership team
Optimize financial and administrative tools and workflows across the business
Your Experience & Key Skills
We are looking for a trusted, results-driven commercial management professional with the following background :
Masters d egree or MBA in Business, Engineering, or related fields .
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance, controlling, or commercial role within a scale-up or mid-sized company.
Strong FP&A skill set including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and variance analysis.
Excellent analytical mindset, able to translate data into decision-making .
High proficiency in Exceland familiarity with financial/admin tools.
Strong communicator able to work across teams and levels.
Ability to operate as a direct partner to the CEO with high autonomy.

Entrepreneurial hands-on spirit with the structure and discipline of corporate thinking .
Ability to coordinate with external parties (e.g., tax advisors) .
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across finance, HR, and IT functions .
Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
