To support our rapid growth and the daily business operations across finance, HR, procurement, and IT, we’re looking for a Business Performance and Operations Specialist to join us in Berlin (with remote/hybrid options) .
Your activities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations across F inance, HR, and general business topics
Support business performance and management reporting, cost controlling, and expense management
Support the Order-to-Cash cycle, including quotes, revenue tracking, invoicing, and collection
Coordinate with internal and external partners (tax advisors, investor functions, service providers)
Maintain and improve core internal business processes and documentation
Act as the operational link between FactoryPal and external/internal stakeholders (e.g. shared services, tax, HR)
Coordinate HR-related tasks, such as training expenses and benefit tracking
Your profile
Proven experience in finance operations, business administration, or controlling
Strong organizational and communication skills
A structured and analytical approach
Hands-on and proactive mindset
Proficient in Excel and common finance tools
Comfortable coordinating with external parties and internal stakeholders
