- Experience in call center or customer service required
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy dealing with people
- Your demeanor is service-oriented and friendly
- Reliability and teamwork characterize you
- Good PC skills round off your profile
- Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, required
Your tasks
- Professional telephone support and advice for customers in inbound
- processing of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the system
- Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues
