Are you looking for a new challenge in customer service? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment and value flexibility? Then you have come to the right place!
Flexible part-time working hours, with core working hours between 08:00 and 20:00, tailored to your availability. The possibility of 3 to 5 days per week to work . Your start: Initially through temporary employment with the prospect of being taken on by the customer after 4 months. The starting salary is 14,50 € gross per hour .

Your profile
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in a call center or customer service – but career changers are also welcome
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy dealing with people
- Your demeanor is service-oriented and friendly
- Reliability and teamwork characterize you
- Good PC skills round off your profile
- Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, required
Your tasks
- Professional telephone support and advice for customers in inbound
- processing of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the system
- Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues
