Our Client
is an internationally active pharmaceutical and chemical company. Based on decades of research, our client develops leading pharmaceutical and chemical products that are produced and distributed globally. We are looking for you to join our Berlin office as soon as possible as a Commercial Employee Contract Management (m/f/d) Pharmaceuticals.
Your Tasks
- Preparation and documentation of contracts, including all coordination with internal and external interfaces and contractual partners
- Taking on tasks related to the design, implementation, and execution of new processes within the Contract and Process Management Team
- Supporting budget management based on SAP postings as well as administration and maintenance of reports
- Responsibility for travel management, including obtaining approvals
- Checking and processing invoices and outgoing payments, as well as following up on various administrative processes
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in project and contract management and/or accounting
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency in MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- A confident manner, communication skills, and a meticulous approach to work round off your profile
