Job description
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive occupational health care of employees, always conscientiously observing and implementing the legal requirements and in particular DGUV Regulation 2
- In addition, you will independently carry out occupational health screenings and aptitude tests to ensure the health of employees:
- In addition, you will advise managers and internal committees on all complex occupational health and other preventive and health-promoting issues
- The close cooperation with various contact persons and experts:
- Your main tasks will also include working closely with various contact persons and experts, for example from the field of occupational health and safety
- As part of your role, you will actively participate in the creation of risk assessments and be responsible for carrying out the necessary workplace inspections
- Finally, you will be responsible for helping to shape healthy workplaces by developing sustainable concepts and supporting the implementation of health promotion measures
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree in human medicine and a completed specialist training in occupational medicine (m/f/d) or another specialist training (m/f/d) with additional qualification in occupational medicine (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound specialist knowledge and several years of practical experience in the demanding and versatile field of occupational medicine in a complex environment
- You have a sound knowledge of occupational medical software and are proficient in the use of common IT applications.applications characterise you in your day-to-day work
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, are essential, to be able to communicate complex issues confidently
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of reliability and trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive data as well as a strong ability to work in a team
- Finally, you are an empathetic contact person for the staff and work independently and in a structured manner in a dynamic environment
