We are seeking a talented WS to join our Compliance&Operations team in Berlin.

Founded in 2015 by industry leaders from McKinsey and Zalando, bonify has gathered substantial investment from renowned international venture capital firms such as Mosaic Ventures and Ribbit Capital, as well as visionary entrepreneurs including the founders of Zalando and Raisin. Your tasks

• Support daily operational and compliance-related processes
• Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation, checklists, and records
• Conduct regulatory and market research
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk and compliance-related tasks
• Support the implementation of process documentation and policy updates
• Maintain and update internal compliance and operational tools (e.g. trackers, logs)
• Engage or partially manage exciting cross-functional initiatives – work closely with the team on operational and compliance topics

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university program in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
• Passionate about AI
• Clear communicator with a structured, proactive mindset
• Native German skills & C2 English
• Team-oriented and eager to learn and to participate in a fast-paced environment. And most importantly: curious, not judgmental
