Your Role You will be responsible for the construction and project supervision of our developments – with passion and commitment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support our purchasing department (calculation, tendering, awarding of contracts)
• Manage construction execution – ensuring quality, schedules, and costs
• Organize daily construction site processes
• Cost control, change orders & invoicing
• Coordinate interfaces (specialist planners, subcontractors, authorities)
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on construction meetings and acceptances (trades & clients)
• Project documentation & reporting; technical support for customer consulting

Your Profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
• At least 5 years of experience as a site manager, ideally in upscale residential construction
• Excellent knowledge of VOB regulations and strong technical understanding
• Proficient in MS Office; excellent command of German in spoken and written form
• Structured, independent working style; responsible and diplomatic
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills; confident, professional, and personable appearance
• High quality and results orientation; organizational and coordination skills
• Team player, reliable, and enthusiastic about our projects and values
• German native speaker level required
