IN A NUTSHELL

Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to lead the charge in one of our most exciting markets? As Country Manager France, you’ll take full ownership of our growth across performance, influencer, and CRM marketing. From strategy to execution, you will drive customer acquisition, lead product launches, and shape our local brand presence. This is your chance to make a serious impact.

We’re looking for a bold, hands-on, strategically thinking leader with a clear vision and a hunger for results. You’ll collaborate across teams, lead market-specific projects, and turn insights into action. In this role, you will have 2 direct reports - our Team Lead Influencer Marketing France and our Content Manager for France.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own and drive the 360° marketing strategy for France – from concept to campaign rollout
  • Lead market campaigns across performance, influencer, and CRM with a sharp eye on ROI
  • Manage and grow a high-performing local team and external agencies
  • Deep-dive into KPIs and data to optimize and scale your activities
  • Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and central marketing teams, as well as tech and operations to optimize processes and results.
  • Spearhead product launches, local partnerships, and market research for the French D2C market
  • Identify new growth channels to acquire more new customers at an efficient level

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRM and Influencer Marketing as a Country Lead
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, team leadership, project management and working with P&Ls and commercial targets
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action – you love getting things done
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads, Klaviyo, GA, Looker
  • Confident communicator and decision-maker, fluent in French and English (Spanish or Italian is a plus)
  • Experience with consumer brands, nutrition, lifestyle, or wellness is a strong plus
  • Data-driven, opportunity seeker, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
