You can look forward to these tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of CWS Workwear’s brand strategy to enhance brand equity and strengthen market positioning.

  • Support the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate qualified leads.

  • Assist in ensuring cohesive messaging and creative alignment across channels while leveraging audience insights and analytics to optimize performance and maximize impact.

  • Oversee the development of compelling visual and written content for advertising, social media, email marketing, website, and other touchpoints.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external communications, materials, and experiences.

  • Lead and manage creative processes, including brief development, design reviews, and final delivery.

  • Work with internal teams and external creative agencies as required.

  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand, marketing, SoMe community and creative strategy.

  • Partner with product, sales, integrated marketing, performance marketing, regional marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints.

  • Plan, maintain, and optimise the social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Write, adapt, and quality-check copy (grammar, orthography, tone) to ensure active, brand-aligned language

  • Monitor, manage, and engage with organic/paid interactions; respond in brand-consistent tone

  • Track SoMe KPIs (reach, engagement, share of voice, conversions, video views), prepare reports and suggest optimisations

  • Contribute to the social media strategy, define measurable KPIs, and ensure goal alignment

  • Set up, manage, and own Emplifi , implement governance processes, secure brand guardianship

  • Prepare and deliver trainings, workshops, and performance updates to colleagues and stakeholders

These skills distinguish you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in advertising, media, communiactions, linguistics (German or English focus), or a comparable field

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand management, communications, digital marketing, social media, or a related role, preferably in the B2B or workwear/industrial products sector

  • Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies, designers, marketing and production teams.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and KPIs (LinkedIn, FB, IG, YT)

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an eye for storytelling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native fluency in German and full proficiency in British English.

  • Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate KPIs and provide actionable insights

  • Tool competence: experience with social media management tools (Emplifi preferred)

  • Presentation and training facilitation for onboarding and governance
