As a CRM-Manager (m/f/x) , you will be responsible for creating and managing our communication channels (Emails, Whatsapp, SMS). Your main goal is to engage, reactivate and pre-quality new and existing customers, which is crucial to drive Sales.
Aufgaben
- Creation and management of our marketing-driven CRM-campaigns on various channels (Email, Whatsapp, SMS etc.)
- Implementation and analysis of A/B tests.
- Development of concepts on how to qualify, engage and reactivate customers.
- Work closely together with our design-, product-, marketing and sales department.
- Data analysis and creation of management reports.
Qualifikation
- Successful university degree, majoring in business, economics, technology or a related field.
- A proactive attitude and a firm commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in handling data, tools, and intricate problem-solving.
- Strong Hands-On mentality and analytical mindset.
- Previous CRM experience.
- Fluent in German and English.
