What Will Your Role Be

Are you passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused communication that drives retention and loyalty? We are looking for a CRM Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and take our email marketing and customer engagement to the next level. This role offers flexibility to work in hybrid mode from our Berlin office or Leipzig HQ.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns, managing customer journeys, and leveraging data-driven insights to boost engagement and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, data, tech, and other cross-functional teams to deliver targeted, personalized experiences that foster customer loyalty and enhance retention.

What You´ll Do

• Develop creative ideas for engaging newsletters and campaigns, tailored to customer segments and business objectives.
• Own and manage the marketing newsletter calendar for timely, strategic communications.
• Plan, brief, and build marketing newsletters using Emarsys templates.
• Create and manage customer segmentations for personalized communication.
• Design and optimize lifecycle programs and automated journeys to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and implement improvements.
• Develop and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What You´ll Bring

• Ideally a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in CRM and email marketing tools (Emarsys experience would be a plus).
• Solid understanding of planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle programs.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with great attention to detail.
• Experience with additional marketing channels like SMS or WhatsApp would be a plus.
• Fluency in English, German skills would be a plus.
