CRO Manager
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you will be part of our Product & Optimization team and work alongside other senior CRO, Product and Digital Marketing Specialists. You will take ownership of driving measurable improvements across different markets that we operate around the globe. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with high autonomy and exposure to diverse products and countries.
Your responsibilities
- Own, optimize, and personalize the digital experience to drive measurable increases in conversion rates across the digital journey
- Work alongside UI/UX specialists, content strategists, developers, and analysts to identify, map, and resolve user pain points across the digital journey.
- Analyse our customer journey and come up with hypotheses aimed at improving conversion, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative user insights
- Set up and run A/B tests, in collaboration with our IT team for more complex implementations, communicate test results and insights to Marketing and Country teams
- Track and improve team KPIs and consumer engagement with global digital products
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
- Hands-on expertise with CRO and A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely (Preferred) , AB Tasty, Hotjar, Clarity etc.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting platforms such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A data-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Experience with Lead Generation, Healthcare or Omnichannel marketing is a plus
