Corporate Treasury Sales advises German Corporate clients (regional view) concerning market risk (securities products, foreign exchange, interest rate & commodity) and acts as Treasury partner for German Mittelstand & Tech Companies.
As a Sales unit CTS provides OTC and investment solutions.
What you'll be doing
Main tasks in Corporate Treasury Sales
- Closing-oriented special consulting of clients in the product field of investment management (in addition foreign exchange, FX/MM, interest rate).
- Core Focus of this role is driving the investment business
- Responsibility for results within the area of responsibility defined with the manager
- Alignment of acquisition activities to the core target groups ( Tech Corporate clients)
- Co-design and/or implementation of business unit-related sales strategies/measures
- Intensive, systematic exploitation of existing customer potential and expansion of market share in compliance with legal framework conditions
What you'll need to succeed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of economics and business administration
- Extensive Sales expertise in investment management – senior level
- Immediately applicable, in-depth know-how in the area of investment solution (special focus on Private Placement and tailormade solution)
- experience in foreign exchange, interest rate derivative business of advantage
- Very good knowledge in connection with accounting according to HGB and IAS/IFRS
- Knowledge of credit business
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank), very good knowledge of financial mathematics
- Very good understanding of business contexts, excellent and distinctive sales skills (communication and presentation skills) combined with strong interpersonal skills(ability to work in a team)
- High ability to innovate and willingness to learn
- High level of self-motivation and stress resistance
- English & German (profunde fluent and written communication skills)
Qualification:
- The position requires the evidence of the knowledge and experience according to § 87 Abs. 2 WpHG (2. FiMANoG) and § 1 and § 6 WpHGMaAnzV
- Business administration master's degree or equivilant
