Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time (20h/week) Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide an outstanding experience for our international customers!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Vegavero, helping our customers find the right products, answering their questions, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with us. Your main responsibilites will include:

• Engage with customers via email and phone to provide timely and helpful support.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice on our supplements.
• Managing orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to help us improve.

• Fluency in one of the following language combinations:
  • German, Italian, and English
  • French, Spanish, and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you have a natural talent for making people feel understood and supported.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Interest in nutrition and wellness—a background in nutrition or health sciences is a plus, but enthusiasm for the field is just as important!
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• (Experience with Gorgias is an asset.)
