As a Customer Service Specialist at mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics , you will support our customers across Europe – mainly in After-Sales – ensuring a smooth delivery and installation experience, and helping them whenever questions or issues arise. More specifically, this means you will:

As a Customer Service Specialist at mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics , you will support our customers across Europe – mainly in After-Sales – ensuring a smooth delivery and installation experience, and helping them whenever questions or issues arise. More specifically, this means you will:
- Handle (post-sale) customer communication for our brands mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics across European markets
- Solve even the most challenging customer issues with patience, clarity, and persistence
- Ensure that every interaction strengthens customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service
- Continuously improve our customer processes through feedback and smart ideas
YOUR PROFILE We’re looking for a hands-on, empathetic, and reliable personality who genuinely enjoys supporting customers and creating positive experiences. We're looking for someone who brings multiple of the following skills:
- You love talking to customers on the phone – if you don’t, this role isn’t for you
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of these additional languages: French, Italian, or Spanish
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, claims, or complaint management
- Further language skills (especially German ) are a strong plus
- You stay calm and friendly even in difficult situations and have strong rhetorical and conflict-resolution skills
- You have a high degree of service orientation , empathy, and attention to detail
- Ideally, you’re familiar with customer service software tools (e.g,. ticketing or CRM systems)
