Overview:
Our client is a Berlin-based MedTech company dedicated to developing an AI-based software solution which analyses medical images.
In this role, you’ll strengthen strategic relationships and create tailored success plans to ensure smooth onboarding, high customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams to improve the product through user feedback and define KPIs to drive data-informed success.

Tasks:
- Manage the full customer lifecycle in the DACH region, focusing on large radiology networks
- Build strategic relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and training
- Develop success plans to drive customer value, satisfaction, and retention
- Identify upsell opportunities and support product expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams and define KPIs to improve solutions and track success
Your Profile:
- Background in radiology, ideally with expertise in MRI and AI technologies
- Leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a fast-paced HealthTech or MedTech setting
- Deep understanding of radiology workflows, digitalization, and automation
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and strong communication skills with experience working with medical decision-makers
- Fluent in German and English
