And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as a Customer Support Manager (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey. This is a part-time (20h/week) position. Hybrid or remote, the work setup choice is yours.
Ъј» What You'll Own
Рђб Independently manage and resolve low to medium complexity customer cases across different channels.
Рђб Effectively leverage internal processes and best practices to deliver consistent and high-quality support.
Рђб Run small to medium-sized projects to improve support operations, from defining requirements to execution.
Рђб Serve as a knowledgeable product expert, guiding customers and troubleshooting issues effectively.
Рђб Manage stakeholder communication, balancing business drivers and customer needs to ensure positive outcomes.
ЪДа You Bring
Рђб Proven experience solving customer issues through various channels. YouРђЎll work primarily with chat and email through Intercom, and occasionally on video calls.┬а
Рђб A strong understanding and familiarity with technical products.
Рђб Demonstrated ability to manage small to medium-sized projects, including planning, execution, and analysis.
Рђб Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect with B2B customers and understand their concerns.
Рђб The ability to remain objective, analyze facts, and troubleshoot issues with a clear understanding of business impact.
Рђб Professional fluency in Italian (C1 level or equivalent). You are confident in handling business and technical communication with customers in Italian.
