Your role:

At BEB+, you'll lay the data and machine learning foundation that creates measurable business value: from robust pipelines and feature engineering to the productive operation of models. Our AI strategy includes building an AI database, cloud integration with ERP/CRM/controlling systems, and a modular, future-proof machine learning architecture. This is precisely where you come in as the central interface between the business departments and IT.

Your tasks – our needs:

• Development and implementation of an AI strategy (analysis, use cases, compliance, risk and change management)
• AI modeling and MLOps (NLP/LLMs, classification, forecasting, development of various workflows, model governance) End-to-end implementation of AI and BI solutions (PoC MVP)
• productive rollout, testing)
• Business intelligence and visualization (dashboards/reports, KPI definition, ad-hoc analyses, performance optimization, UX guidelines)
• Data Ownership and Governance (Building an AI database,monitoring and documentation)
• Data pipeline and modeling (ETL/ELT paths, data integration, data warehouses/lakehouses, semantic layers)
• Technology roadmap and integration (Azure, Docker, low-code, system integration)
• Enablement and Change (training/workshops for employees, promoting the AI ​​mindset)

Your profile – our gap in the team:

• You bring several years of professional experience in data engineering, data analysis/BI and AI modeling, as well as demonstrable end-to-end project experience (from requirements analysis to operation).
• You have practical experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), LLM/RAG, pipelines, and production operation (deployment, observability).
• Your tech stack includes very good knowledge of SQL, Python, Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and Power BI. Experience with open-source tools such as Docker, n8n, Grafana and PostgreSQL complements this knowledge.
• You are confident in the design of DWH/Lakehouse architectures (Star/Snowflake/Medallion), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub) as well as versioning and monitoring.
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver clear storytelling with data.
• Your mindset is characterized by openness, a willingness to experiment, acceptance of mistakes, and a desire for interdisciplinary collaboration.
