Here’s your chance to join! Effective immediately, we’re looking for a Data Product Manager (all genders) to become part of our Beats & Bytes team at our Headquarters in Berlin . It will be a permanent full-time position .
Your gig:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B3S Data platform and Marketing data-driven applications, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders (including Marketing and Sales), and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmaps cross teams, as well as epics and user stories
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and iteration, prioritizing initiatives to maximize business value and ROI
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure the success of data products, making data-informed decisions for future improvements
- Champion a data-driven culture by communicating the value and impact of data products to stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- You always have an eye on user-support and make sure it has the utmost quality
- You are an active member of the product management community of practice•
- You share your know-how, e.g., in the form of trainings, presentations or workshops, which you prepare yourself
We are keen to jam with you if you:
- You have a degree in economic science, management, product management or another relevant field
- You have 3 years of professional experience as a product manager within the data ecosystem, experience within the music industry domain is a plus
- You communicate efficiently (written and verbally) in a business and in tech context
- You excel strategic, system and analytical thinking and have the skill to distill business opportunities into a single number
- You feel confident and natural reading, writing, and speaking English and can communicate efficiently in tech as well as business-related contexts; German skills are a plus, but the willingness to learn the language is a must
