You’ll make an impact by:

• Developing and implementing the requirements for containerized build and development environments using Docker and Development Containers
• Restructuring Git repositories and redesigning corresponding CI pipelines to align with revisions in software architecture, enhancing the flow and effectiveness of development processes
• Leading the migration of the build environment from Conan 1 to Conan 2
• Facilitating the migration of build jobs from Windows to Linux, taking advantage of improved performance capabilities and open-source benefits
• Applying your know-how in cross-compile toolchains to support diverse development requirements and enable smooth integration across various platforms
• Creating comprehensive user documentation of workflows, providing clear guidance and support for end-users navigating operational processes
• Setting up and administering virtualized server environments, utilizing Openshift-based Linux and Windows VMs

• Education
• You have a university degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience & Skills
• You have several years of extensive experience with Docker and Development Containers
• Your skills include software dependency and package management using Conan, along with build automation expertise in CMake and Ninja, ensuring robust build processes
• You possess expert-level knowledge of Git, particularly in branching strategies and repository cutting
• Proficiency in programming with C++ and Python showcases your versatility and depth
• You are experienced with Kubernetes, effectively managing containerized applications 
• With several years of experience, you have automated CI and CD workflows using platforms like GitHub and GitLab, particularly for multi-platform builds that support seamless integration and deployment
• Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory enhances your ability to manage and distribute artifacts efficiently 
• Your solid Linux skills are complemented by a deep understanding of DevOps practices, particularly related to AI-driven optimizations
• Languages
• Lastly, you have fluent German and English language skills
