· Scope:

· Current State Analysis: Evaluate existing mTLS implementation and certificate lifecycle

· Automation Framework: Design self-service secret rotation system for CustomerService team usage

· Certificate Management: Implement automated certificate generation, distribution, and validation

· Integration Points: Ensure seamless integration with DataCenter connections and existing SSL termination

· Monitoring Integration: Connect rotation events with Grafana/Prometheus alerting

· Support Portal: Create user-friendly interface for CustomerService to initiate rotations

· Rollback Mechanism: Implement automated rollback ceremony for failed rotations

· Validation Testing: Automated testing of certificate validity and connectivity post-rotation

Anforderungsprofil

· AWS EKS cluster with existing workload configurations

· AWS MSK with critical topic configurations

· AWS RDS with prod grade db instances

· Business backend apps requiring stateless recovery

· Keycloak self-managed authentication system

· Grafana monitoring stack (Mimir, Prometheus, Loki, Promtail)

· SSL + mTLS encrypted DataCenter communications
