Director of Product Design | Hybrid | Berlin | 3-4 stage process | €115,000-€150,000 per annum

I am working with a Global business who need a new Director of Product design to support the growth of one of the core areas of the business.

This team is Global but has several designers within their Berlin office and therefore need someone who has experience running large design & tech teams previously.

• Solid core Product Design principles
• Understand design change from a Global lens
• Used to have multiple reports
• Build a strong UCD culture
• Growth mindset & brilliant communication skills
• Open to changes when it comes to new tooling or AI and its impact
• Hunger for building a successful team
• Solid tech background
• Brilliant Soft Skills
• B2B & E-commerce/Hospitality experience is very helpful
• Worked on Multil platform/ecosystems in the past

Information:

• 3-4 stage interview process done remotely
• Office in Berlin, hybrid set up
• German is a bonus
• €115-€150,000 per annum
• Good internal influencer or process and C-Suite
