Join us as a Director, Publishers (all genders) on a critical next chapter of our journey, where we're taking Opinary to new markets and expanding our services and client universe internationally. This is your chance to shape the future of publisher engagement and revenue growth.

Tasks

• Grow publisher portfolio by onboarding new and expanding existing partnerships
• Business Development along conversational formats for publishers
• Expand usage and impact of 1st Party Data for Publishers
• Lead team of 6 people
• Operate at the intersection between product, tech, marketing and the holding company Affinity Global

Requirements

• Deep and holistic publisher experience across commercial, product and editorial stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder‑management skills (publishers, internal teams,
• external partners)
• Deep understanding of both editorial workflows and commercial/media‑monetization mechanisms
• Top-notch project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to travel
