A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Transformation of Industry (TI) as the End to End PLM & Innovation Process Lead. Your day starts with a collaborative session focusing on integrating PLM and innovation strategies. Your role is crucial in aligning Product Development with the goal of streamlining 30 SAP systems and various legal entities. As the primary representative for PLM and innovation, you will supervise the global implementation of a new enterprise framework across four divisions. Collaborating with the central team, you will advocate for local business needs while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and partnership. This position also offers opportunities for global interactions with complementary teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Facilitate the alignment of Product Lifecycle Management and innovation processes by harmonizing global standards with local requirements
- Act as the primary representative for these capabilities, delivering valuable insights within the Technology and Innovation (TI) Business Area
- Design and implement robust processes that craft the future of work in TI
- Support evaluations of existing workflows and the IT landscape to improve project planning efforts
- Serve as the product owner, ensuring flawless integration of systems
- Own the Key User Community for innovation, providing hands-on support during rollout projects
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required
- Candidates should possess extensive experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), innovation process management, and project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are needed for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- A proven understanding of PLM tools and standard processes is vital, with expertise in SAP R/3 being required; knowledge of SAP S/4 is an added advantage
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability of growing in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic setting, along with an appreciation for the significance of harmonized processes across IT tools, will be vital for your success
