Your profile:
You should have completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or have been recognized by the Berlin Senate as a pedagogical specialist.

Your tasks
- Educational support, encouragement and supervision of children according to our customers’ educational plan
- Preparation and implementation of educational offers and projects, as well as festivities
- Implementation and collaboration in the further development of our customers’ educational concept
- cooperative and constructive cooperation with parents
- Implementation of quality management and standards in the facilities
- Leading your own group
- Participation and involvement in team meetings and planning days
- Observation and documentation of child development steps
