Join our Systems Team as Software Project Manager. The team is responsible for embedded software and firmware development of our products. Our products combine in-house developed hardware with bare metal firmware, a rich embedded Linux environment and multiple user-facing frontend applications to provide the best experience to our customers.

Your area of responsibility

• Develop and execute project plans for our embedded and firmware software development
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications
• Manage project portfolio, including cost estimation, feasibility studies, and coordination with Quality, Certification and other interfaces
• Inform stakeholders regularly on project plans and status
• Monitor progress, adjust project plans as necessary and address potential risks and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope
• Allocate resources effectively to support project goals and timelines
• Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate decision and problem-solving meetings

It would be great if you have

• Experience as Project Manager in full product development lifecycle projects from design inception to final production release
• Prior experience in embedded software development, preferably in embedded Linux/C++
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and roles in the organization
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Willingness to travel across our locations in Europe
• Fluent in English at C1-Level

It would be even better if you have

• Fluent in German at C1-Level
• Experience in the field of EV charging solutions
